Every piece starts as an authentic vintage Carhartt garment, hand-picked for heavy duck canvas, honest wear, and character no new fabric can fake.
We grade every garment on its fabric before it is cut: fade, structure, marks. Grade-A becomes the body of a piece; Grade-B becomes panels, pockets and repairs. Nothing is thrown away.
Every piece is cut and rebuilt by hand — cropped fits, panel swaps, re-set collars, visible repair — with the original Carhartt labels kept. What leaves the table exists exactly once.
