Why Karachi
Pakistan is one of the places where the world’s second-hand clothing ends up. Bales of worn workwear arrive from Europe and North America, and much of it would otherwise be cut into rags or sent to landfill. We buy pre-owned Carhartt garments from those bales, close to the source, and give them a second life.
What we actually do
Every piece starts as a worn, pre-owned garment. We grade the fabric, take the garment apart along its seams, and rebuild it by hand with a new cut — cropped jackets, re-set hems, tapered legs, new panels and visible repairs. The finished piece is our own handmade work.
That means our pieces are reworked, not original. They are made using fabric and parts from pre-owned Carhartt garments, but they are not original Carhartt products and are not sold or endorsed by Carhartt, Inc. We use the Carhartt name only to describe the garments our pieces are remade from.
How we work
- Graded honestly. Each listing states the condition of the source fabric — clean, lived-in or work-worn.
- Photographed piece by piece. Product photos show the exact piece you will receive. Photos with models are styled looks that show how a style is worn.
- One of one. When a piece sells, it’s gone — we don’t restock.
- Shipped worldwide. Tracked express courier from Karachi, with wholesale bundles for resellers from 20 pieces.
