Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment by tracked express courier (DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, depending on the route) from Karachi, Pakistan. We send your tracking number on WhatsApp the day the parcel leaves.

Duties and taxes
Import duty and taxes are set by your country, not by us, and are usually collected by the courier before delivery. They are the buyer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. Wholesale bundles ship as one commercial shipment with an invoice and HS codes.
Returns — 14 days
- You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they arrived.
- Returns are sent back by mail; the buyer pays return postage.
- Message us on WhatsApp or email before sending anything back, so we can give you the return address and match the parcel to your order.
- Once the piece arrives back and is checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
Because every piece is one of one, we can’t exchange for the same item in another size — but we’re happy to help you pick another piece.
If something is wrong
If a piece arrives damaged, or isn’t what was shown in its photos, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Wholesale bundles
Bundles of 20+ pieces are photographed piece by piece and confirmed with you before payment. Bundle terms are agreed in writing with each order.
