Who we are
Rework Jackets (reworkjackets.com) is an independent rework studio based in Karachi, Pakistan. Contact: reworkjackets@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Order details you send us on WhatsApp or by email — your name, phone number, shipping address and the pieces you want — so we can confirm, ship and support your order.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and anonymised session recordings in Clarity). These services set cookies or similar identifiers.
- Browser storage. Your cart, saved pieces, currency and language are stored in your own browser (localStorage). We don’t receive this unless you send us your order.
How we use it
- To process orders, arrange shipping and provide customer support.
- To improve the website and understand what visitors look for.
- To prepare invoices and customs paperwork for shipments.
We don’t sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel.
- Payment providers you choose (bank transfer, Wise or card) — under their own privacy policies.
- WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft, as the services that carry our messages and analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and customs purposes, and delete or anonymise them after that.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; the site still works without analytics. You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing reworkjackets@gmail.com.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
