1. What we sell
Rework Jackets sells reworked clothing: pieces we remake by hand in our studio from pre-owned garments, including pre-owned Carhartt garments. Our pieces are not original Carhartt products and are not made, sold or endorsed by Carhartt, Inc. Carhartt® is a registered trademark of Carhartt, Inc., used here only to describe the garments our pieces are remade from.
2. One of one
Each piece is unique. Product photos show the exact piece for sale; fades, marks and wear are part of each piece and are shown in its photos and condition grade (clean, lived-in or work-worn). Photos with models are styled looks, not the specific piece.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are set in US dollars. Other currencies on the site are converted for convenience and may differ slightly from your bank’s rate. Wholesale bundle prices are set in GBP. Shipping is quoted separately before you pay.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through WhatsApp (or email). Your order is confirmed once we’ve agreed the pieces, shipping cost and total with you and payment has been received by bank transfer, Wise or card. Until payment is received a piece may still sell to someone else.
5. Shipping, duties and returns
Shipping times, duties and our 14-day return policy are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Wholesale
Wholesale bundle tiers start at 20 pieces. Bundle contents are photographed and confirmed with you before payment, and specific bundle terms are agreed in writing with each order.
7. Liability
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. If something isn’t as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right as set out in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
